Policies and Additional Information:

Pool Heating:
The pool can be heated upon request for a minimum of three days at $285, with additional days at $95/day. Note that the pool is heated to a maximum of 86°F, and during colder months, performance may be affected by overnight temperatures below 50°F.

Pets:
Pets are allowed with prior host approval. Please disclose the type, breed, and weight of your pet. A $100 fee applies per pet.

Parking:
The home features a two-car driveway and garage parking.

Quiet Hours:
Per City of Scottsdale ordinance, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 5 AM. Guests are responsible for any fines incurred due to noise violations.

Guest Count:
The number of guests allowed at the property must match the reservation. Unapproved additional guests may result in cancellation. Contact the host for adjustments.

Early Check-In:
Check-in is at 4 PM. Complimentary early check-in at 2 PM may be possible when available. Check-ins before 12 PM require booking the previous night.

Late Check-Out:
Check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-outs must be approved beforehand and may incur additional fees.

Music and Noise:
A Bluetooth Sonos speaker is provided but must not be moved or played excessively loud. Noise monitoring devices are installed to ensure compliance with city regulations.

Outside Vendors:
Outside vendors (e.g., chefs, event planners) require prior approval from the host.

Your guest portal also offers a wealth of information, including local recommendations for restaurants and nightlife, suggested group excursions, and exclusive discounts with local restaurants, shops, and third-party providers we’ve partnered with. Additionally, you can conveniently purchase select add-ons offered to confirmed guests directly from the portal.

The villa is nestled in the heart of South Scottsdale, just minutes from Old Town, in a charming and quiet cul-de-sac. This stunning gem offers an unbeatable location, making it the perfect home base for your next trip—just moments away from all the must-see destinations!

Getting Around:
We recommend using Uber or Lyft for convenient transportation if you don’t have a car. If you bring a vehicle, please ensure it is parked legally, either in the driveway or directly in front of the property.

ARK Rentals also partners with various transportation companies to offer charter services like party buses and limousines. You can find more information about these services in your guest portal after your reservation is confirmed.

Please note, the pool can be heated for an additional fee. As there is no pool fence, we advise practicing caution with children.
