Treehouse is a detached Suite within Once Upon A Stay's brand-new Paradise Island Estate. Conveniently nestled in State-protected preserves, with direct access via a rentable boat lift to Hendry Creek and the Gulf. Paradise Island Estate is a mere five minutes from Lakes Park and close to Beaches, antiquing, River Dristict, lots of shopping, theme parks, and Fort Myers' RSW international airport. This location brings our Guests all the conveniences of being in the heart of Fort Myers while providing the feel of a tropical oasis.
Key features for this Suite is a stunning master bedroom with an Alaskan king bed, ensuite bathroom equipped with an in-room copper soaker tub, additional 3-piece bathroom with shower, en-suite private laundry, and an open living/dining/kitchen area that's perfect for gathering for out-of-the-sun cocktails and canapes after a day at the resort-inspired pool. Unique to the Treehouse is the jungle-inspired decor, including a tree going through the kitchen ceiling and a vine-wrapped open-air loft that offers a queen-size sofa bed for imagination exploration and sleeping (suitable for grown children or teens only). The living area offers a cozy sectional with a functional fireplace to enjoy those cooler evenings. For accesibility, there is an elevator from a private one-car garage that can be arranged to have access (additional fee). Treehouse also offers two separate private porches and a fenced-in lawn secluded from the common spaces of the estate!
Moving to the outdoor extravaganza of Paradise Island, the pool with a swim-up bar, shallow-play area, and lazy river pump is also equipped with an outdoor Smart TV to stream shows and events, which is the focal point of the Estate. In addition to the swim-up bar, Paradise Island is equipped with a chef-envious outdoor kitchen including a gas-fuelled grill, a wood-fired pizza oven, and a single gas-fuelled seafood burner to prepare out-of-this-world feasts for you and your Guests! Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to their Treehouse Suite and shared access to the estate's endless resort-style amenities, including the lagoon-inspired pool and sun deck, outdoor kitchen, lawn area, and Games Room. Parking is designated for the Treehouse Suite, with spaces for two vehicles. All Suites and common amenities are equipped with smart lock technology, providing private access to your Suite and shared access to the Games Room(pool table, 2 slot machines, candy floss Machine, basketball, large 74 inch big screen TV, arcade, games, bubblegum machine, and bar.

Although Treehouse Suite within our Paradise Island Estate is minutes away from the heart of Fort Myers, a vehicle is highly recommended to access all the area has to offer. Ride-share options and taxis are readily available as an alternative. Fort Myers' RSW international airport is a mere 20-minute drive, and car rental options are just outside the arrival hall.
