The Space:
The villa is set in 485 square meters and over the ground floor, mezzanine and first floor.
On the mezzanine level, there are 3 luxurious bedrooms with king-size beds, additional modern sofas, and en-suite bathrooms. There are also 3 spacious living rooms with seating furniture and an LCD TV/DVD there.
Open space terrace with infinity, heated swimming pool, outdoor relaxing area with a hammock, and a barbecue is located on the ground floor. Modern kitchen and luxury designed dining area, an expansive en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed can also be found on the same floor.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, one of which has an extra single bed, and 2 designer bathrooms with a white bathtub. In this part of the villa, there are also a kitchenette and sitting room with an LCD TV/DVD amenity. Furthermore, there are 2 terraces on the mentioned floor.
Some of the most appealing extras which the villa can offer are several terraces with lounge furniture, table tennis, hammock, hot tub for 12 people, Netflix, organic vegetable garden, and private beach right in front of the villa.
Private mooring for small boats is in front of this magnificent villa while villa manager is at your disposal at all time.
