Its dry stone walls, its roof terrace, its large terraces favor osmosis with the Mediterranean vegetation of mimosas, arbutus trees, holm oaks, agaves. The infinity pool, surrounded by a sunbathing beach, is located away, preserving the calm of the villa.
The contemporary or authentically vintage design furniture is neat. All rooms are air conditioned. Completely on one level, the villa is organized around the spacious living room extended by a large terrace facing the sea and a protected patio on the garden side. On one side of the living room:

- bedroom 2 with sea view, wardrobe, desk, 160 bed (2x80 mattress), with cupboards, shower room with WC,

The private domain of Gaou-Bénat, is located opposite the Iles d'Or du Levant, Port-Cros and Porquerolles (30 minutes by boat), near the medieval village of Bormes-les-Mimosas, the fort of Brégançon, the golf de Valcros, and 45 minutes from Saint-Tropez.
Toulon-Hyères international airport and the TGV station (direct from Paris) are 30 minutes by car. Nice airport 2 hours by motorway.
