This cosy house is located in Palamós, 5 minutes from the centre of the beach. The house is distributed on one floor and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms with capacity for 6 people, ideal for a family.

The living room is bright with sofas, dining table and air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge.
The dining room gives access to the outside area, where the swimming pool is located.
In the garden we find the swimming pool, of contemporary design, together with the garden area of the terrace there are also sun loungers to relax on. Next to the garden, we find the outdoor shower and a small patio.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have access from the garden.

The entrance of the house has a garage, together with another outdoor parking space.
We can access the garden from the entrance of the house.

Reservations are for a minimum of 7 nights.
