Upon arrival, you will be asked for a fully refundable damage deposit of €800 and a small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €3 charged per person. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) will be provided for €130-€185. Included for short stays!

This is also a great destination for enthusiasts of watersports, canoeing, tennis, golfing, horse-riding, archery, and more. Play a round of golf at Golf de Moliets, a 5-minute drive away. After a day on the golf course, enjoy a tasty meal at La Table du Golfeur, a 3-minute drive away. Soak up the sun on Plage de Moliets, an 8-minute drive away. Rent some bikes at Bicycles Golf and enjoy a relaxing bicycle ride through this lovely region.
