These include Massa Marittima, Gavorrano, Scarlino, Montieri, Monterotondo Marittimo and Castiglione della Pescaia. Siena, Volterra, Florence, the beaches of Follonica and the sea are within easy reach by car. This is the most popular area of the province of Grosseto because of its beautiful beaches and nearby woods.
