The house is located in one of the most elegant district of the city. You will be able to enjoy a beautifully quiet location, overlooking a private courtyard with a private swimming pool. It’s a lovely residential area, surrounded by the hills.
On the ground floor of the house you'll find a car garage and a second parking lot just outside the house.
On the first floor you'll find all the rooms (please note that there are stairs to reach the apartment): two double rooms with double beds and a third room with two big single beds. The house has also a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
All around the house you'll find a private courtyard with a swimming pool (open from June to September), solarium area and patio with table and chairs.
Your pets are welcome, just need to book and to pay an extra form them.
