The villa features a washing machine and a stepped path with 15 steps leading to the house. Roofed parking is available on the premises. Please note that part of the house is closed and unoccupied, and the owner does not accept youth groups.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a spacious 4-room villa with 110 square meters of living space on the upper floor. The villa features a bright, comfortable, and tastefully furnished living/dining room equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and a digital TV with a flat screen. The living/dining room also has gas heating and air conditioning, and provides access to the terrace. Additionally, the villa has one room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and satellite TV with a flat screen and gas heating. There are two double bedrooms, and one of them has an exit leading to the garden.

The villa's kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, and a microwave. There is also a bath/WC available. Outdoor spaces include a small terrace of 12 square meters, a roofed terrace of 20 square meters, and a large patio of 80 square meters. A portable barbecue is provided for your convenience. The villa offers a marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Other amenities include a washing machine and free Wi-Fi internet access.
