On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace and big glass doors with views to the pool, garden and sea. A dining area with comfortable seating for 6 guests, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and one bedroom with a double bed. A staircase leads to the first floor where you`ll find two further spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a big balcony with a sitting area from where you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views. The villa is is built on a big plot of land and has a private pool, furnished terraces and a garden with plenty of trees, plants and amazing sea views. There are several outdoor dining and sitting areas as well as a barbecue, here you can enjoy a meal or a drink watching the sea and stars. Villa Euphemis is conveniently located 200 meters from a local taverna and and 5 minutes drive from the coast with beautiful beaches easily reached in both directions.
