This charming original farmhouse has been tastefully converted into a spacious holiday home with a private pool, free Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning (available in the four bedrooms only).
Property Features:
- Upon entering, you’ll find a cozy sitting room with cable TV, equipped with a stove for the winter months and ceiling fans, also overlooking the pool area.
- A separate kitchen and dining area with ceiling fans, overlooking a good-sized swimming pool and deck area.
- The ground floor also features a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
- Stone stairs lead to the first floor, which includes three additional bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower, a separate shower room, and a large sunny terrace ideal for family breakfasts.
**Additional Services:**
- All beds will be prepared with bed linen and extra blankets available in wardrobes. Two towels per person are also provided.
- Air-conditioning units in the bedrooms operate on an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins), with a screen displaying the remaining credit. Each unit consumes around €2.50 per night.
- Maid service is included for bookings of 8 nights or more.
- Each booking comes with one dishwasher tablet and one washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

**Security Deposit:**
A fully refundable security deposit is required:
- €200 for up to 9 adults
This deposit covers potential damages, missing items, or excessive noise disturbances and is temporarily held from a valid debit/credit card. It will be automatically released within 3-7 days of checkout, with any issues reported within 48 hours of departure.

- A mandatory Malta Eco Tax of €0.50 per person per night (capped at €5 per person) applies to all guests aged 18 and over.
