The villa is located facing the sea in the town of Marina Di Acate (RG) alongside Villa Barletta.
Unlike Villa Barletta which are 4 apartments in the villa, the latter is a single villa that can hold a maximum of 10 people.
Marina di Acate, once called Macconi, takes its name from the characteristic sand dunes, typical of the coast that goes from Scoglitti to the mouth of the Dirillo river.
