Independent residence sleeps 24 composed of the main building (eighteenth century villa) and two annexes in the park.
Accommodation in 5 suites and 3 double bedrooms. The suites have a living room, double bedroom and bathroom with shower and bath; all three double bedrooms have private bathrooms. Inside the park there are three apartments:
Il Noce and il Cipresso sleep 2 with a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
La Vigna sleeps 4 composed of a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower.

The villa has a professional kitchen that can not be used by guests but only by the villa staff.
