The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including 2 single beds, a double bed and a bunk bed, 1 including a double bed and a bunk bed, 1 including a double bed and 1 including a single bed and a bunk bed. The 4 bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The villa features air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, ironing equipment, a desk and cleaning products.
Note that the cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee.
Parking is available nearby the location (some charges may be applied). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed. You can come with 2 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 40€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
Please note no party will be allowed and only travelers are accepted, guests are not allowed. Please note: no music after 10pm, residential area, neighbors call the police.
