The villa comes with a beautiful green garden which you can appreciate while swinging on one of the 2 hanging chairs on the side.

The swimming pool as well as the entire villa are for exclusive use by the guests: this is not part of a resort or a development, but a single stand-alone private villa.

- Cleaning and changing of linen every 6 days.
- Extra daily cleaning upon request at additional cost.
- There is a strict NO smoking policy INSIDE all of our villa areas. There will be a hefty deep cleaning fee applied to those who do not comply with this standard. Smoking is only allowed outside the villa.
- A refundable security deposit of 300 US dollars (or equivalent in other currency) will be required upon arrival.
- Pool serviced twice a week.
- Electricity is charged based on consumption. We take a picture of the meter at check-in. and a picture on checkout. the kilowat is charge by 7thb per unit.
-No toilet paper in the toilet. ( blocked toilets door tissue are 2000 thb penalty)
