All rooms are air conditioned and have mosquito screens fitted to windows and doors.

Downstairs there is a superbly fitted kitchen equipped with all modern amenities. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine & fridge freeze. The kitchen also has a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, sandwich toaster and water cooler. You can easily contact a local supplier who will deliver mineral water to the villa – no need to lug heavy water back from the supermarket!

Whilst there are lots of areas to eat outside the kitchen benefits from an open plan eating area too.

Located off the kitchen area is a large lounge with marble fireplace, flat screen TV with some English channels, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker.

There is also the convenience of a downstairs WC.

Moving to the upstairs of the villa there are three bedrooms- 2 double beds and 1 twin room.

Bedroom 1 - doubled bed with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinets with lamps. The bedroom has its own balcony. This master bedroom benefits from a lovely en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet & hand wash basin.

Bedroom 2 - double bed with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinets with lamps and access to shared balcony with bedroom three. Balcony has far reaching mountain views - a lovely place to start the day with a coffee and pastry or watch the sun set with a glass of something cold.

Bedroom 3 - twin single beds with matching drawers. Shared access to the balcony with bedroom 2.

The upstairs also boasts a modern large family bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and hand wash basin.

OUTSIDE
The villa is situated in its own large mature garden which offers great rural and mountain views. A large terrace which is perfect for al fresco dining, overlooks the large private pool (with tiled step access and hand rail).

The large garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing with sun loungers and seats. At the rear of the villa there is a traditional shaded Turkish seating area (kosk). There is also a stone built BBQ for cooking your culinary delights to enjoy al fresco on either the front or rear veranda.

Due to the close proximity of the villa to Dalyan town centre a car isn’t required but should you wish to hire a vehicle to explore further afield there is a large car port at the front of the property.

There is free WiFi use all around the villa and garden/pool and the villa also benefits rom free air conditioning throughout. All bed linen and towels are provided.
