It includes on the ground floor a large living room with a lounge area, a separate fully equipped kitchen (type of coffee maker: filter), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with toilet, a loggia serving as an office dining room and upstairs a mezzanine with a double bed. Everything opens onto a spacious terrace where it is pleasant to have meals and relax. For more comfort there is a private parking space. The port center where there are shops, bars, restaurants, water activities and various entertainment can easily be reached on foot in complete safety thanks to the cycle paths, just like the Roquille beach and the numerous markets which punctuate the summer season .
