The space:
Villa Viola is a beautifully renovated traditional Le Marche country house offering stunning mountain views a secluded private garden and a large swimming pool. This charming property comfortably accommodates up to ten guests in four elegant bedrooms, each equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort.
Indoor Living
The ground floor features a spacious living room with distinct areas for dining, television viewing, and reading. Adjacent is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with everything needed for preparing delicious meals. This level also includes a convenient external laundry room and bathroom, plus an additional toilet near the swimming pool.
The four welcoming bedrooms are located on the first floor, accessible by an external staircase. Two rooms offer double beds, while the other two can be configured with either twin singles or a double bed. For larger groups, additional sleeping arrangements include a single bed in the twin room and a sofa bed in one of the double rooms.
The first floor also features a small kitchenette, a bar area, three bathrooms, and a magnificent terrace with comfortable seating—perfect for enjoying spectacular Apennine sunset views.
