Additional conveniences and safety:
1) Please remember you are staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but this home is strictly used as a vacation rental, and no one lives on-site 24/7.
2) The home is equipped with a comprehensive first aid kit. The kit is located in the half bathroom on the first floor under the sink.
3) One Fire Extinguisher is provided in the home located on the Kitchen Transom window which is accessible from Kitchen as well as the Living room.
4) Based on availability we do offer early check-in and late check-out options at an additional fee upon approval by the owner which must be paid in advance.
5) For your enhanced security home has 9 exterior cameras located at each entry/exit door and pool area. 6) Up to 8 guests included in nightly rates, extra fees for guests more than 8 and for pets. Please ensure to update correct guests counts and pets in “Travelers” section of reservation. 6) EV charger can be used after host’s approval and additional fee of $100 per night. Garage is not allowed for guests parking except for pre-approved EV charging.
