The property is located just a short drive away from the world famous Vilamoura Marina with its gorgeous bars and restaurants, and from the stunning beaches of Praia da Falésia and Praia de Vilamoura, just to name a few. With easy access to water parks and with championship golf courses only minutes away, Villa Phi Phi is in the ideal location from which to enjoy and explore the Algarve.
This comfortable villa with free Wi-Fi has 4 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning. A twin bedroom is situated on the ground floor, along with a guest W.C. and a bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. On the first floor there are 2 bathrooms and a further 3 bedrooms (1 double with an en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms) all of which have doors leading to an outside terrace.
The large family kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you'll need for home cooking, with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The generously spacious, air-conditioned living room with its beautiful traditional wooden floor is equipped with a DVD player and satellite television, and leads to a separate dining room with a large dining table and 8 chairs. Villamoura is famous for its golf courses and marina and is a very central location with everything you may need within close range. Quality large supermarkets, bars and restaurants are located within a 5-minute drive and the Aquashow Water Park, one of the biggest in the region, is also a short drive away. This villa is located close to the Old Village Vilamoura.
