PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Groups under 30 years old are not allowed.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Do not exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (children included)
• It is not allowed to leave garbage or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without the right to a refund

TOURIST TAX
Tourists are required to pay the tourist tax, in accordance with local law in force: per person over 16 years old and per night

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
• Certified Ecolab cleaning products.
• Bed and bath linens washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.

SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.

CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
• €30.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
• €50.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 11:00 pm
The guest must inform SAPvillas in advance of the expected arrival time. If you arrive before 5:00 pm, you can leave your luggage in our office.

You must inform us at least one day in advance if you check out before 11:00 am. After 11:00 am until 7:00 pm, you can leave your luggage in our office.

• Due to the severe drought in the region, the Government has requested water consumption restrictions. Therefore, we kindly ask for your attention/understanding not to use water unnecessarily, in order to minimize the effects of this problem.
