The building has three floors. Ground floor (the entrance is directly from the garage and from the stairs of the middle floor, which leads from the kitchen): garage, laundry room, salon and two bedrooms with bathrooms for each bedroom. The middle floor (there is an entrance to it from the outside and from the stairs of the lower floor, this floor also has access to the courtyard through the salon and through the glazed terrace to the pool, sauna and barbecue area): kitchen, large living room, large terrace covered with glass, guest toilet, one bedroom with its own bathroom and a large dressing room, and two bedrooms and another bathroom. Top floor: Gym with secluded work area.A deposit of 300 euros is taken from guests upon arrival. Heating and use of the sauna 15 euros per hour. From 15/09 to 15/05 for heating the pool (if guests order it) is charged 15 euros per day.
