The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, in the garden, on the terrace or on the balcony enjoying views of the sea, the swimming pool and the mountains.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed, and 1 including 2 single beds and a double bed and private toilet Several bathrooms are available, one with a shower and a toilet and one with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet. A separate toilet is available
The villa features a washing machine, a fan, central heating, ironing equipment, a desk, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner and a dryer.
Note that the cleaning is included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 15 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 15 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee. Parties are not allowed. You can come with 4 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 45€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
