On the top floor is a nice living room with traidtional wooden roof and open plan kitchen, that has sliding doors to the side terrace. down the stairs are 3 bedrooms and 3 nearly identical bathrooms. Along the frontside of the bedrooms is a long balcony. The house has air-conditioning and is truly a comfy place to spend a significant part of your holiday.
The villa is located in a gated community of a few villas, on the far side of the Kalamaki Peninsular, and in the vicinity of Diamanti beach. The area offers amazing seas views, lush greens, and is great for hiking/walking. A car is recommended because the distance to the bus stop is over 15 minutes walking distance. The driving distance to town is 20 minutes.
There is a private parking area for the villas on this level. A car is recommended because there is no option for public transport nearby.
