This country house is an experience respect. The Erve Het Klaashuis is a characteristic country house on the authentic estate 'Het Hulsbeek'. The house is located on a kind of Park which is completely private and in the middle of nature and very wooded area. It exudes tranquility and nature.

The wooded surroundings are perfect for hiking and cycling. You will find recreational lakes where you can swim, sunbathe, fish and even surf. Everything can be found within walking distance of the country house. Ootmarsum and cities like Oldenzaal, Hengelo and Enschede are more than worth the effort. A swimming pool with a wellness and beauty center is within walking distance.
The English decor and gas fireplace create a romantic atmosphere and from the dining area you have a beautiful view of the garden. The annex features a covered terrace with fireplace and patio heaters, for cozy evenings with your loved ones. It has a beautiful kitchen with a Japanese stove and all the bedrooms and bathrooms look fantastic. Everything in the house is done to perfection.
