Résidence Les Jardins d'Azur was recently built using quality materials and exudes style and class. The residence has a reception area with reception, heated outdoor swimming pool with children's area, sun terrace on some levels with sun loungers and parasols, poolhouse (limited opening hours), multi-sports ground, playground, table tennis tables and car park (fees apply). The property is nicely surrounded by a Mediterranean garden.
Thanks to its southern French climate – it's sunny here nearly 300 days out of the year – Vence is an ideal holiday spot.
The medieval centre of Vence is a historic gem, whose highlights include the Chapelle du Rosaire (with paintings by Henri Matisse) and the Cathédrale Notre Dame de Nativité. Here you can stroll through the old streets with special boutiques and the little squares with surprising markets. And when it comes to gastronomy, Vence doesn't disappoint either: there are several gourmet restaurants - with or without Michelin stars - and many traditional restaurants.
Saint-Paul-de-Vence, only 4 kilometres further on is also definitely worth a visit. Since the 1920s, this picturesque artists' village has been the favourite home of poets, writers and artists, including Picasso, Henri Matisse and Chagall. Art lovers can indulge themselves at La Colombe d'Or and the Fondation Maeght; a private museum with and modern and contemporary art featuring works by Giacometti, Miró and Chagall.
Vence is also the perfect – and affordable – base for exploring the Côte d’Azur. That's because the city is located in the Golden Triangle of Nice-Cannes-Monaco. But the charming city of Antibes and the perfume city of Grasse are also nearby. Perhaps less obvious, but Vence is only 45 minutes from the Gréolière-les-Neiges ski resort, so you'll also be well catered for in the winter months.

The recently built, beautiful, medium-sized complex consists of four buildings with studios and apartments for 2 to 8 people. The buildings are constructed in a terraced way, have three floors and offer a beautiful view of the outdoor swimming pool and the hilly surroundings: the Col-de-Vence.
Each unit is furnished in a comfortable, modern way and is equipped with air-conditioning, a flatscreen TV, a completely equipped kitchen corner, a modern bathroom and a balcony or terrace with seating area.
