Villa Celidonia is a characteristic and welcoming three-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 11 people. From Villa Celidonia you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the valley and of the greenery. Villa Celidonia is 180 square meters (1940 square feet). It features private terraces, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Santa Maria di Castellabate, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Villa Celidonia from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately five stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Celidonia you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Patio 1
The first patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch and by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.

The garden is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through three French doors. The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is very well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the alleyway at the rear of the house.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen.

The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
