Through the staircase you reach, on the mezzanine floor, the entrance patio, the living room with single sofa bed and television, the kitchenette with refrigerator with freezer, a bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with window and shower.
The villa has a private covered parking space and a storage room for bicycles and beach equipment.

Terraced villa in the centre, in a very quiet area, immersed in the green and tranquility of the pine forest, in Lignano Riviera, only 600 m from the beach. In the immediate vicinity there are all essential shops, supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, newsagents and tobacconists. In the prestigious seaside resort of Lignano, you can reach in a few minutes all the wonderful theme parks: Aquaspalsh, the Junior Park, I Gommosi, the Luna Park and the Zoo Punta Verde park, for the entertainment of adults and children. A couple of kilometres away, for the most demanding, there is the prestigious "golf Club Lignano".

Check-in is possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and check-out until 10:00
