Protaras Holiday Villa Hollywood is a brand new spacious house finished in 2016 all build on one level that features all modern facilities and equipment.

Located in the heart of Central Protaras and yet in a relatively quiet area is ideal for a family vacation as within walking distance you will find everything, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, pharmacies, clinic and of course the best beaches in Cyprus.

Villa Hollywood features an open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room area, modern furniture and large screen TV and a family bathroom. The first & second bedrooms have double beds while the third has 2 Single beds so in total the villa comfortably sleep 6 persons in beds and has the option of an additional person on an extra bed.

The summer time in Cyprus is meant to be spent by the pool and Villa Hollywood has the best to offer. The large 4x8 meter swimming pool is surrounded by mature trees, flowers & fencing that provides privacy. There are plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs and a modern gas BBQ.

Build entirely on the ground floor the villa is accessible for wheelchairs is fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Protaras Holiday Villa Hollywood is walking distance to the Central Protaras Strip where you will find all the main bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinic, general amenities and the best beaches of Cyprus all with white sand and crystal clear blue water.

Within 10-minutes walk there can be found many beautiful beaches including Sunrise Beach and a bit further down the famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sports you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.

Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.

For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.

This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
