The living-dining room has a fireplace and Smart TV, perfect for cozy evenings. The independent kitchen runs on gas and is fully equipped for easy cooking. The house includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms, all with fans: two with 2 single beds each, and one with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms with showers serve this floor. A cot and high chair are available for families with babies. Located in a quiet, family-friendly area, the house is just 150 meters from Cala Es Canutells, a beautiful beach with crystal-clear waters.
