The bright, spacious semi open plan interior provides very comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. All rooms have independently regulated air conditioning /heating units. The elegant sitting dining room opens onto the covered terrace and south facing terraced pool area with sun loungers. There is a dining table which seats 8 and a flat screen TV with multi language channels and a DVD player. There is high speed fibre optic Wifi. There are books and games for adults and children.
The spacious kitchen is adjacent to the living area and is fully fitted and very well equipped, complete with a large American style fridge-freezer.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms. One is a double with en suite bathroom and direct access onto the pool terrace. The other two are twin rooms, each with 2 single beds which can be put together if required. These two rooms share an adjacent shower room. The master bedroom suite is located on the first floor, accessed by a marble stairs from the entrance hall. It has a 180cm bed, extensive built in wardrobes, en suite shower room with double shower and double hand basins and a large private south facing terrace with lovely views of the Mediterranean.
The garden, pool and terraces are totally private and not over looked nor visible from the road. The covered terrace, accessed from the sitting-dining room is comfortably furnished with rattan couch and easy chairs and a dining table for breakfast or lunch. A double awning with remote control provides extra shade if needed. The pool has Roman steps at the shallow end for easy access and it is heated outside the Summer season, as required. The marble tiled terraces around the pool have sun loungers and tables for relaxing in the sun. There is an outdoor shower and a changing room with wc and wash basin adjacent to the pool.
The west facing decked terrace has a pergola with dining furniture and a Weber Bbq ideal for al fresco dining in the evening.
The remainder of the garden is lawn bordered by flowering shrubs and the small fountain gives an air of tranquility.
The property is located in a quiet cul de sac in an enviable location close to all amenities. You won't need a car, but if you have one there is safe parking just outside the property. We can arrange airport transfers if required.
The villa is situated in the town of Puerto Banus, near Marbella. As the area is sandwiched between the Mediterranean Sea and the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains it has a micro climate creating the warmest winters in Europe.
The town centre of Puerto Banus is a 5 minute walk away and it provides a wide range of shops, designer boutiques, restaurants and bars to suit all age groups and price ranges. The blue flag beaches and marina are just an 8 minute walk away and there is a shopping centre with supermarket, shops and popular restaurants just 3 mins walk away.
Marbella town is 4km away, easily accessed on foot along the beautiful beach side promenade or by car, taxi or bus along the famous "Golden Mile". Marbella old town, with Orange Square at its centre, is very typically Spanish... With flower festooned narrow, winding streets and great tapas bars.

Guests have access to all areas. No part of the property ( garden, pool or villa) is shared with the owner or anyone else.
On arrival there will be a set of keys in the key safe at the wooden entrance door to the garden.

Check in is from 4pm and check out by 10am. There is flexibility, especially with luggage storage, if we know in advance.

The villa is located in a quiet residential cul de sac.
A two minute walk takes you to a variety of good restaurants, a shopping centre with supermarket and the well known Saturday Market in Puerto Banus Bullring.

As the property is close to all amenities you wont need a car during your stay. We can arrange airport transfers for you. If you choose to rent a car there is safe parking at the villa. There is a taxi rank and bus stop just down the road if you want to go to Marbella old town (or further afield)
