Please note that the rate includes normal use of electricity (~ 65 KwH per day). This generously includes normal use of air conditioning in the bedrooms during the night and TV room so please switch on the air conditioning during the day. Within minutes after switching them on at night the rooms are cool so it is absolutely not necessary to keep them cool during the day. This will consume a lot of electricity and will lift you above the normalized use and any such additional use will be deducted from the deposit against the number of KwH times the price of THB 5.00 per KwH.
