The stairs that refine the lower floor with their design and architectural solution lead to the upper floor with two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. Also, each with an en-suite bathroom and exit to the glass fenced terrace, at one side larger and comfortably furnished, intended to relax with a morning coffee or an evening drink. The ground floor area is completely connected to the outside area thanks to the large opening windows. There is the exit to the sundeck with a spacious pool, jacuzzi, a furnished roofed patio and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. For a real spa resort atmosphere, there is a private sauna and a gym with its bathroom. The house is surrounded with 750 m2 of yard and has 2 parking spaces.

Today, Labin is divided into two parts: the old town, which is a network of winding cobbled streets at the top of the hill overlooking the Kvarner coast, and the new town, which contains the most shops and services at the bottom of the hill. The nearest town along the coast is the town of Rabac, a busy tourist resort, completely dedicated to tourism where you can find a rich gastronomic offer but also many beautiful beaches.
