Villa Paraiso has a unique location, it is located at the end of a street in the upper part of the beautiful urbanization of Santo Tomas, on the left side of the house there is a ravine, so privacy and tranquility are assured. It has a large dining room and a living room with sea views. The upper terrace is a perfect place for barbecues, where you can spend many nights eating in peace.

The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped. It has a dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. The laundry room is separate in a separate space.



This villa is Eco Friendly, with solar panels to heat the pool water. Other services can be provided on demand at an additional cost, such as private chef or babysitting.



The house also has a garbage recycling system, you will find 3 containers, one yellow for plastic, green for glass and blue for paper or cardboard. You will also find black or monochrome for the organic one.
