On the first floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room with access to a beautiful terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the impressive sea views. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of them en suite with a bathroom and bathtub, and another bathroom with a shower. All rooms have air conditioning to ensure your comfort at all times.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker, and water kettle. This way, you can prepare your own meals and enjoy dinner with family or friends.
On the ground floor, you can enjoy the private pool surrounded by a spacious terrace and a porch with a barbecue. Perfect for spending a full day relaxing under the sun and enjoying a delicious barbecue in good company!
