Villa Zaffiro is a characteristic and welcoming four-story ancient house situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps 13 people. From Villa Zaffiro you will have a lovely view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Villa Zaffiro is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Donnalucata, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a number of restaurants at 270 meters (890 feet), a grocery store a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Ponente beach) at roughly 500 meters (550 yards). You will reach Villa Zaffiro from the parking area going up a route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately five stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Zaffiro you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to three cars.

As guests of Villa Zaffiro you will be able to book (upon request and for a fee) boat excursions, massages, yoga lessons, taxi services and transfers from/to the airport.
You will also be able to take part in cooking classes, wine and food tasting or ask for a chef service (upon request and for a fee).
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 9.5 meters (32 feet) long, 2 meters (6.5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers. This area is also equipped with a small sofa, two armchairs and a bench, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will have a pleasant view of the garden and of the other buildings. The pool is open all year round, although it is not heated.
Terrace
The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with an armchair, as well as with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a nice view of the swimming pool, of the garden and of the other buildings.
Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with armchairs.
Garden
The garden is 3500 square meters (37700 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. The garden is equipped with two armchairs and a wrought-iron bench, as well as with tables, chairs, a sun lounger and a gazebo. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. At your disposal there will be a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. From the garden you will have a lovely view of the swimming pool and of the other buildings.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with Venetian mosaic. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The room has a window.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the first bedroom. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. Here you will find a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the first living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace. The room has a window, as well as a porthole window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 - a pass-through room with en-suite bathroom
Important notice: members of your party might need to walk through this bedroom to reach the second living room (going through this room can be avoided by entering from the terrace). You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the first living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
