Villa "Mari e Monti" is an elegant property located in the countryside of Castellammare del Golfo, about 3 km far away from the town. The newly built property, was realized using local and traditional Sicilian materials, as tuff and wood that make the rooms warm and cozy. Villa "Firriato" was conceived by the owner as the residence for its family; it is composed of two units, almost identical, that create a unique building can accommodate up to ten guests. There are two cheerful and bright living areas and two fully equipped kitchens. The sleeping area has two double bedrooms, two twin rooms and two bathrooms with shower. Sofa beds in the living area can accommodate additional four guests. The villa has a wide veranda with comfortable garden furniture which offer visitors the opportunity to enjoy moments of pure relax overlooking the pool.
