A large property of 140 square meters with an annex located by the seaside, it will offer you unforgettable moments with family or friends.

A little tour of the owner’s house:

After passing through the automatic gate, you’ll find a private covered parking space that can accommodate three cars. Street parking is also available.

The garden also features a sheltered area with a dining table for 10 people, an outdoor lounge for 8 people, two armchairs, and high chairs. In front of the outdoor lounge, a plancha grill allows you to prepare delicious meals for your guests.

Finally, at the back of the garden, a gate provides direct access to Frontignan beach.

Upon entering the main house, you’ll appreciate its coolness thanks to air conditioning in all the rooms.

On your left, you’ll find a spacious living room with a large sectional sofa for 6 people that can be transformed into a bed, two stools, a coffee table, and a large flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Continuing from the living room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, espresso and filter coffee machines, toaster) with a dining table for 6 people allows you to cook with ease. The kitchen has a direct view of the garden, and its large windows allow you to communicate with people outside when they are open. A laundry room adjacent to the kitchen, equipped with a washer and dryer, will allow you to do your laundry during your stay.

On your right, you’ll find a first bedroom with large closets and a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, towel dryer, and a toilet.

A staircase leads you to the first floor.

On the first floor, a small hallway with storage leads to the bedrooms.

The first bedroom with a sea view is equipped with a queen-size bed, a desk with a chair, and large closets. It also has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink.

A second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and plenty of storage. It also has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink.

There is also a toilet on the first floor.

The villa also has an annex with 4 beds (four single beds or two king-size beds), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, and a toilet—perfect for the children to have their own space during your stay. The annex does not have air conditioning, but two fans are provided.

Access to the villa through an automatic gate to the garden and front door, private parking for two cars.

The Charles Osborn concierge will be there to welcome you. A private concierge will be available during your holiday to answer all your requests (transport, reservations, home cooking, outdoor activities, shopping delivery etc)

The Villa des Tamaris is located at 1 minute walk from the beach of Frontignan, accessible by the garden (see aerial view photo)

The town centre of Frontignan-Plage is accessible by car or on foot.

You can find at 5 minutes walk :
- a mini-market open 7 days a week from 7.30 am to 1.30 pm and 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm as well as a bakery/pizzeria with a wood fire. Paellas and roast chicken are available on Sunday lunchtimes
- a bar/restaurant with a sun/shade terrace
- a restaurant offering Mauritian specialities
- a pmu bar with table football
- a fast-food grill with football broadcasting
- a beautiful walking or cycling route around the pond of Frontignan plage

Two Michelin-starred restaurants less than 20 minutes away by car: La Coquerie and The Marcel.

Evenings and events authorised on request and supervised by the Charles Osborn Concierge Service.
Deposit of €3,000 required.
