VILLA PANORAMA is a very charming detached villa that offers stunning views of the coast of southern Sardinia. With its private swimming pool on a plot of over 4’000 m2, the spacious outdoor area with Mediterranean terraced garden and its spacious interiors, it is the ideal accommodation for two families or a group of friends.

VILLA PANORAMA can accommodate up to eight guests in four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It consists of two floors as follows:

Ground floor or middle floor:
On this floor is the main entrance of the villa, which opens onto a large living area with TV corner, dining table and a second sitting area. French doors lead to a large covered terrace with stunning sea views, a dining table and a lounge corner. Also on this floor is a kitchen and a traditional style bedroom with double bed, access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom. Next to the entrance there is also a covered area with a dining table.

Garden or lower floor:
From the middle floor a staircase leads to the lower floor which consists of a double bedroom, two bedrooms with bunk beds and a shared bathroom. All bedrooms also lead directly to the large open terrace with table, the garden with pine and palm trees and the pool area with spectacular sea views.

VILLA PANORAMA is located in the nature reserve of Eden Rock, with a beautiful beach right in front, close to the famous beaches of Chia.

For an additional charge the first floor of this villa can be rented, which consists of two large independent double bedrooms, private bathroom and balcony with stunning sea views. These bedrooms can be connected by an internal door. Maximum guests: 10. Ask us for more information.
