Villa Indigo is inspired by traditional Key West architecture and meets with a contemporary, yet, casual“coastal-cool”vibe.
In turn, the villa embodies sleek, clean-lines that provide a refined, calming, comforting, sophistication to the finished design. The Feng Shui practicing designer sets a universal mood with squared shapes, and naturally-hued earth tones. The region’s traditional, Floridian tropical vibrancy, gets infused through the bright colored, and nautical themed paintings, art work, handmade drapes, and decor - which includes lots of indigo - that can be seen throughout the villa.
Besides the interior’s spa-like esthetic, the villa includes a welcoming kitchen, with both indoor/outdoor, kitchens, dining, and living rooms. Villa Indigo embodies a modest luxury, with a spacious master suite, the masterbath with both, his and hers sinks, a large shower and a relaxing bathtub.
The guest rooms contain their own personality – one with a kingsize bed and one with a queensize bed and both with TVs.
The villa includes a private office that may convert into an extra bedroom.
The carefully planned layout comfortably accommodates up to 7 people, who enjoy both privacy and social activity.
The pool/spa was designed to accommodate lap-swimming, but, also satisfy the avid sun-lounger with a built-in sun-shelf. The pool/spa is salt-water generated which makes hair and skin feel softer and does not affect eyes.
With a western exposure, Villa Indigo, will provide the most beautiful sunsets daily.
Direct access to the gulf, with no bridges, or locks, to navigate through. Nestled quaintly between the city’s two harbors, Villa Indigo is just blocks away from Cape Coral’s downtown, shopping and restaurant district.
