Close to shops, bars and restaurants in Monterchi and within driving distance of the art cities of Arezzo, Siena and Florence, this is a perfect base for friends and families to discover and experience Tuscany from.
The 500 square meter villa develops over 3 levels.
On the ground floor you will find a large living room with a lounge area (with sofa, armchairs and access to the garden) and a dining area (with a dining table and chairs for 12 people). Next to the dining area you will find a well-equipped kitchen (with table and chairs and access to the garden).
