From the first floor there is large elegant staircase that leads down to the living room where there is a dining area for 10 people and a sitting area where you have TV with channels in almost all languages. There is Wifi throughout the house.
On this floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, freezer, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher etc.
From the kitchen there is a utility room with washer and dryer.
Also on this floor there is another stylish bedroom overlooking the garden and swimming pool. This bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and private bathroom with shower.
From the living room you go out onto a terrace, a few steps down and then you are in the enclosed garden with a private swimming pool, which is 8 meters long and 4 meters wide, and a large garden area. Here you have a dinning area, BBQ, Table tennis, so here you can have a great time with the whole family.
From the garden you find the entrence to the 4th bedroom with 2 single beds and here you also have a sofa bed. There is a bathroom with shower as well.
There are aircon with both hot and cold air in all bedrooms and the living room. Please let us know if you want the pool heated in the winter season.
