Welcome to our beautiful terraced house spread onto two floors. Our villa is located in a beautiful modern residence with swimming pool and uncovered parking space. The house consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Living room with kitchen. Great location in Porto Santa Margherita.
The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory. Tennis court available for a fee >5eur per hour.
-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.

°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-A/C (if available): 60eur per week
-Bed linen and towels on request (subject to availability): 15eur per set/person.
-Only small pets allowed on request: no cats allowed, only dogs. Up to 6kg > 50eur pet/week
-Under no circumstances, medium and large sized pets are allowed.
