Extremely bright, immersed in nature, the house has a 50 m2 living room with a huge picture window on the lighthouse side and a French window and windows on the south side, and 3 double bedrooms thus distributed: a large master suite with a 160 cm bed on a bathroom with bath + walk-in shower and wc, a large bedroom with a 140 bed and another 120, a bedroom (140 bed) with shower room and wc opening onto the garden. Separate guest toilet near the living room. New bedding.
The kitchen includes all the new equipment: American fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a central island where three people can sit on stools. Large garden of 1500 m2, with rear view of the lighthouse and partial view of the sea at the front. Rear garden terrace with table for 10 people and small lounge.
