HOUSEHOLD CHARGES IN THE AMOUNT OF €280 MANDATORY TO BE GIVEN ON ARRIVAL TO COLLECT THE ACCOMMODATION KEYS (these charges cover the housework done by a cleaning company as well as the linen which is cleaned at the dry cleaners so that you arrive in a clean and disinfected place).
DURING YOUR STAY :

--> No overflow will be accepted. Please respect the neighbors and the noise level in the evenings and mornings.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Please :
--> Empty all garbage cans before you leave.
--> Replace objects and furniture moved during your stay in their original place.
--> To keep the sanitary facilities clean.
--> Throw away or take away any food that has already been eaten.
If the accommodation is returned dirty, we will charge you the following fee: 280 € on departure in addition to the compulsory cleaning fee on arrival.
Linen provided for the duration of the stay (no change during the stay unless booked in advance at extra cost):

In the event of loss of keys / beep / badges given or breakage of a lock, the cost of changing the lock and duplicates will be charged to the tenant.
Parties are forbidden in the accommodation for the respect of the neighbors.

Pets are not allowed.
Parents are responsible for their children's access to and supervision of the swimming pool.
