This large detached villa is located within 200m of the Es Pou beach and close to the International Marina of Cala D’or where there is a good selection of fine restaurants and shops. Villa Pou Uno is a fabulous villa, boasting five lovely and airy bedrooms with a light and spacious living room. It may well be that you decide never to leave this fabulous villa, but we would highly recommend heading along to the Islands capital Palma during your stay. It won’t take long to drive there, and it’s worth every minute of your journey. What you will find is a highly sophisticated and cosmopolitan city, but with a traditionally authentic side to it. On the one hand, you have glamorous restaurants and smart designer shops, on the other, you have an imposing Gothic cathedral and an old town of Moorish influences and slender side-streets boasting wonderful local café’s and Tapas bars.

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide as well as 5 steps. The front door has a width of 78cm wide and other doors that access the pool area are the lounge doors which are 111cm wide and the bedroom doors which are 131cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 113cm wide and the pool area is flat but there are 8 steps from the patio doors to the pool. To get into the pool there is a metal ladder. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 69cm wide which is the twin bedroom and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 59cm wide which is the shower room.
