This pleasant farmhouse with a pool is divided into 2 independent accommodations in the heart of a pleasant landscaped and tree-lined garden of olive trees.
The 3000 m² plot is not fenced.
It consists of:
- A private terrace in the 150 m² courtyard overlooking the living rooms with a plancha, garden furniture and a dining table
- A large 11x4.5 m shared pool with the owners, depth of 1.40 m to 2.20 m (secured by an electric roller shutter, with access by steps) in service from early May to late September, until 7pm in the evening)
- A relaxation area with sun loungers around the pool dedicated to the tenants
- 2 outdoor parking spaces
INTERIOR
Ground Floor :
-Cozy living room (20 m²) with TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi system, and Internet access.
-Utility room with washing machine.
-Independent bedroom (12 m²) with a private entrance from outside, featuring a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet).
First Floor (access via the outdoor courtyard)
-Spacious, air-conditioned kitchen (17 m²), fully equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic and gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen opens onto a bright dining room (21 m²).
-Air-conditioned bedroom (13 m²) with a double bed (160 cm) and an en-suite bathroom (sink, bathtub, and shower).
-Separate toilet.
Important: Access to the first floor and the second bedroom is via the outdoor courtyard.
