Main house: 5 double bedrooms + 1 single bedroom + 5 bathrooms. Tower:1 single + 1 double bedroom + 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor the Linchiano house offers a large living-room with tv and comfortable sofa. From the living room, walk out onto the panoramic shaded outdoor area for al fresco meals where a stone barbecue awaits cooking enthusiasts to produce the perfect grilled meat. Meals can take place around the round table in the dining room, close to a very fitted kitchen (oven, 2 fridges with freezer, cooker, microwaves, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee maker, kettle). Still on the ground floor, there is a single bedroom and two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. All three bathrooms have a shower, sink, WC and bidet. On the upper floor are two living rooms, one with a large fireplace, a small kitchen with oven, cooker and washing machine, a double bedroom, two rooms with twin beds and a laundry room. The two bathrooms, one with bath/shower and the other with shower only. Inside the tower there is small kitchen corner with electric plates and a fireplace on the ground floor, a single bedroom, a living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink, WC and bidet.
