Gaudi Stil is a detached chalet with a private pool. Entry: Upon entering through the main door of the house, you will find the living room, kitchen, dining room, and 1 bathroom. First floor: Here you will find the living room and 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From here, you have access to the balcony, living room, and kitchen. The decor of Gaudi Stil is modern Spanish with small details added. The interior is bright and has an intimate atmosphere. Gaudi Stil offers beautiful views of the surrounding forests. Gaudi Stil has a built area of 237 square meters. There is a natural garden available. You will find the pool at the front of the chalet. You can reach the pool via a small staircase downwards. Here you can enjoy the sun and Spanish life. Gaudi Stil offers a fixed stone barbecue and cooking facilities. The play equipment is a pleasant distraction for the little ones. This holiday home is very suitable for families with children due to its central location. Unfortunately, groups of young people (average age, 25 years or younger) are not allowed in this holiday residence.Additional features: Please check if youth groups (average age equal to or under 25 years) are allowed in this holiday residence, it may require a refundable security deposit of 1000€. Bed linen and towels are not included in this villa but can be rented. Bed linen costs 15 euros per person, towels 7.50 euros per person. They can be booked separately.
