The villa is close to the beach in the yacht club area of Cape Coral. From the villa you can get to Sanibel or Captiva Island very quickly without bridges or locks with a rental boat from a local rental agency. The villa was built in 2009 on an 'over-size' plot. The a/c living area is 2,540 sqft. Pool area: 1,600 sqft. A 30ft pool with a 16 ft infinty edge and a separate jacuzzi invite you to enjoy the pool or to relax. In the evening, guests can enjoy a romantic cocktail under their tiki hat directly behind the terrace on the boat dock.
